Cancellation Policy
Arcadia Pet Resort Cancellation and No-Show Policy At Arcadia Pet Resort, we strive to provide the best care for your pets. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, we have established the following policies: 1. Cancellation Policy: o All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled boarding will incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay. 2. No-Show Policy: o If a reservation is not honored and the pet does not arrive on the scheduled date, a no-show fee of $25 will be charged. 3. Booking Deposits: o A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking during peak seasons or holidays. This deposit will be applied to your total charges upon arrival. 4. Early Departure: o If you choose to pick up your pet earlier than the scheduled departure date, no refunds will be issued for unused days. 5. Check-In/Check-Out Times: o Check-in time is between 7:00 AM and 10:00AM, and check-out time is by 6:00 PM. Late check-out may incur additional fees. 6. Health Requirements: o All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from fleas and ticks. Proof of vaccinations must be provided prior to check-in. 7. Liability Waiver: o Pet owners are required to sign a liability waiver upon check-in, acknowledging the inherent risks involved in pet boarding. Thank you for choosing Arcadia Pet Resort.
